The premise
As part of #NEXTGen and the BMW Group road ahead, the BMW Group called on international universities and research institutions to take part in the Moving Tomorrow pitch. This innovation challenge asked the teams to create visionary concepts for the future of mobility in 2040. Watch global top university teams pitch their concepts for the mobility of the future from a surprising perspective.
The pitch contest
Competing against university teams from around the world, three finalists have reached the last round of the pitch: FLOT from X-Lab, China, Vision Pi from Fraunhofer Institut, Germany, and Aurora Genesis from X-Lab, China. Watch these teams present their visionary concepts in a pitch situation at #NEXTGen studios. Who can impress our prominent panel of judges with their idea of future mobility? Announcing the winners
Three mobility revolutions, three teams to judge. Our judges Ilka Horstmaier, Steffi Czerny and Andreas Rickert have their work cut out for them.
