The BMW M5 Touring’s M Hybrid powertrain features a high-performance M TwinPower Turbo V8-cylinder petrol engine and electric drive which delivers an impressive system power of 535 kW [3][4]. The M xDrive dynamically distributes the torque of up to 1,000 Nm [3][4] across all four wheels.

The Boost Control function enables a maximum acceleration experience. A long pull on the boost paddle prepares the drivetrain. Then step firmly on the accelerator and the car accelerates without delay and with great force.

Switch into SPORT and SPORT PLUS drive modes for a more intense engine sound. The resonant, throaty sound delivered by the flap-controlled M Sport exhaust system is guaranteed to get pulses racing.

Your BMW can also park itself and drive out of parking spaces.
And with Parking Assistant Professional, it literally finds its parking space automatically. Just perform the manoeuvre once, up to a distance of 200 metres, after which your BMW will drive into and out of this parking space, while you keep an eye on things on your smartphone.
More than just a key.
Use a smartphone or smartwatch as your vehicle key with BMW Digital Key Plus, and then share it digitally with up to five people. As you approach your BMW, it unlocks automatically, and even welcomes you with a welcome light.
