AGENDA
Arrival day: Be greeted at Queenstown Airport and shuttled to the 5-star Millbrook Resort. After arrival attend a welcome for you and the other drivers, register for the next day’s activities and receive your final instructions and jacket. Afterwards you have time to relax, take in a local restaurant at Millbrook, Arrowtown or Queenstown and enjoy your overnight stay in the luxurious 5-star Millbrook Resort.
Day 1: After a hearty Millbrook breakfast, begin the day with an exhilarating helicopter transfer to NZ’s driver training centre at the Southern Hemisphere’s Proving Ground.
Participate in an introduction and theory session focused on winter driving dynamics. And then it’s on to activities such as motorkhana where you develop and test your skills manoeuvring between the cones, whilst managing the challenge of the slippery conditions. Engage in drift practice with the sessions including both under and over steering. Master the skill of getting the power down during the drag sprint exercise and understand the ABS and DSC systems. Hone your skills and vehicle control on the challenging manual handling course in the mountains and feel the exhilaration of an M3 driven in the snowy conditions by one of our experienced instructors.
To celebrate your achievements you will receive an official BMW M Driving Experience Certificate before your journey home via an exciting 4WD snow bus ride. Once back at Millbrook and refreshed, end your day with dinner and overnight stay at the luxurious 5-star Millbrook Resort.
Departure Day: After a final breakfast a return transfer to Queenstown Airport awaits and we bid you farewell and hope to see you again in the future.
